Our approach focuses on the development of a clear understanding of the situation, its interdependencies and root causes together with our clients instead of using mere best-practice-methods. That way we generate ”KNOW WHY” that we then can transfer into “DO HOW” in the form of strategies and action plans. Our work’s basis are system’s theory, visualisation, modelling and simulation.
