How everything started in 2010

Tajo Adler, Ger­hard Cun­ze, Chris­to­pher Nigi­scher and Till Witt foun­ded Con­si­der IT in 2010. Mr. Nigi­scher and Mr. Witt knew each other from their time as col­leagues at ALTRAN Tech­no­lo­gies. Mr. Adler and Mr. Cun­ze led ADLER Solar Ser­vice GmbH as spe­cia­li­zed after sales ser­vices pro­vi­der for the solar indus­try. Their acc­lai­med goal: To sup­port pro­jects of com­pa­nies with inte­rim mana­gers, pro­fes­sio­nals and exe­cu­ti­ves in the main are­as of IT and pro­ject manage­ment. Their focus on IT and pro­ject manage­ment tur­ned out to be right and they could quick­ly come to suc­cess. That way pro­jects for big inter­na­tio­nal com­pa­nies from the aero­space indus­try, the elec­tro­nics indus­try and the solar indus­try were won and have been clo­sed suc­cess­ful­ly. In addi­ti­on to this core busi­ness several exci­ting start­ups could be rea­li­zed. In 2015, the com­pa­ny cele­bra­ted its 5th bir­th­day and its 40th employee. Today Con­si­der IT is known in its core indus­tries as a relia­ble part­ner for tech­no­lo­gy con­sul­ting and for recruit­ment of qua­li­fied spe­cia­lists and mana­gers.
