How everything started in 2010

Tajo Adler, Gerhard Cunze, Christopher Nigischer and Till Witt founded Consider IT in 2010. Mr. Nigischer and Mr. Witt knew each other from their time as colleagues at ALTRAN Technologies. Mr. Adler and Mr. Cunze led ADLER Solar Service GmbH as specialized after sales services provider for the solar industry. Their acclaimed goal: To support projects of companies with interim managers, professionals and executives in the main areas of IT and project management. Their focus on IT and project management turned out to be right and they could quickly come to success. That way projects for big international companies from the aerospace industry, the electronics industry and the solar industry were won and have been closed successfully. In addition to this core business several exciting startups could be realized. In 2015, the company celebrated its 5th birthday and its 40th employee. Today Consider IT is known in its core industries as a reliable partner for technology consulting and for recruitment of qualified specialists and managers.
